    Awesome, thanks for the input! I'd much rather spend a few bucks on some touchup than buying all new parts. I think I can handle doing that myself, which is a big plus!

    Black WOW is def. better and lasts longer than all others I have tried (not on Bimmer)

    I would much rather paint it. My cowl on the Si turned white in some parts. The products mentioned above worked for about a week or so. After a while I gave up and just painted it flat black. Looks new now. I've heard you have to keep using them on a regualr basis to give it a layering effect for longer and better performance but I just hated using them.

    Agree with the previous posts - think about using products for refreshing your trim before spending the money on new. Some guys use the products mentioned above.... some of the e30 guys I used to run with recommended using between 2 and 3 coats of flat black trim paint and 2 to 3 coats of clear Chip Guard spray.
