Honestly we installed the UUC kit and DSSR on my dads M3 and we were greatly disappointed especially with the $ spent

I hate the UUC kit... Too notchy. The B&M kit is supposed to be great.

Yep. We have a very active site here. One of the things I really enjoy here. Congrats on the quick sale.

Channing, congrats on the quick buy.

Stathi - I cannot WAIT to have the feel and throw of your shifter. Honestly, one of the nicest I have ever felt, in ANY car.
Steve - Since this was more on a want, rather than a need, basis... I was waiting for something exactly like this to come along. So, thanks for being in the right place at the right time!

We are going to have to meet up and compare SSK's. I have the BMW Performance one (just the lever actually) and retained the ZHP knob. Interested in comparing the difference.

Also, you might as well replace the bearing and circlip while you are in there (cheap):

    25111469397 (bearing)
    25117571899 (circlip) x2

UPS picked up the package today. Hopefully you'll have it Friday.

    Great, thanks again Steve.

I'd love to get together at some point. My mom lives in Stoneham, and my brother in Somerville... so I'm down in your neck of the woods quite often.

    Cheers!

Steve - I got my SSK yesterday. Did that really only take 24 hours? Thanks again! We'll have to compare after I get it in.

UPS ground from Boston to Maine should only be 1 day... Enjoy!

BTW, I took the SSK swap as a good opp to throw a new ZHP shift know on... They fit so much tighter when new.

And we'll definitely have to meet up to compare.

    Oh, my perfect combo is:
    - SSK
    - ZHP knob
    - Clutch Delay Valve removal
    - UUC big boy 3 clutch stop ($20 and worth it): http://www.uucmotorwerks.com/catalog...ig-boy-v30.htm
