There is a RPi scoop for the Z4M. I know that's off topic but everyone that has installed them has said that with the OEM intake there is a CONSIDERABLE increase in response above 50 MPH.

Be careful...are the E46Ms and Non-E46Ms intakes the same at that component?

Good point Monkey. I took Dane's #17 post to presume it would be the same for non-M but a different one might be for us. Price is different for a separately listed scoop for E46. They don't seem to have the package scoop advertised with a specific skw/man. part but at the bottom of the page they indicate it's application is for 01-06 E46 M3 with (45-60081). Checked AFE's site and searched for that number with no results. But you could easily be right.

    http://www.modbargains.com/aFe-Dynam...op-BMW-E46.htm - specifically listed for E46 @ $129.95 (54-10468)

I checked AFE's site for BMW and came to their page where scoops were listed. Didn't find anything differentiating non-M v. M:

I'll ring them Monday to ask if the package scoop's manufacturer # is 54-10468; will update/remove post if different.

    I think I have a preliminary answer:

    Post #5 & 6: http://forum.e46fanatics.com/showthread.php?t=844445 - looks to be the same deal/types of questions.

    Ohhh poo

I have a gift certificate for $100 at rogueengineering that I won at Eurofest this past spring and it's almost worthless to me since nothing on their site fits my car. They had a set yours that were $100 but I guess they won't fit.
