$100 headers too good to be true?

I knew that I could get a good deal on headers through ebay. But i did not know that they could be in such a good price.

This headers seem like a good deal. Could this actually be true, or will I encounter fitment, performance issues?

It's fairly easy for a good shop to make headers that simply have larger plumbing, so it is perfectly possibly to make cheap headers. Now, the more expensive headers usually have a little more R&D done, which increases the cost. The seller is a high volume seller with a pretty good feedback rating, so $100 headers may work and fit fine, but it's questionable how beneficial they'll actually be. But even well designed/researched headers give nominal HP gains, it all depends on if you're going for performance or sound. Personally, unless you've also done an intake swap and full exhaust, headers alone will not do you much good but get a nice sound out of them.

What kind of HP / Torq gains can be expected? You'll be losing back pressure from the lack of CATs....

I have the exact headers. The material used is good and seems like they will hold up. The biggest issue they promote is fitment to the exhaust pipe flanges and the location of the O2 Sensor bung holes. A good $100 spent in my opinion though.
