    I too got the letter from BMW today but I have no taillight issue (yet).
    325i, 2005, 5MT, Silvergrey, leatherette, Sport package; CDV delete, KONI STR-T & KYB Excel-G, Weisslichts, Stewart H2O pump

    328i, 2010, 6MT, Spacegrey, dakota leather, M-sport packages; has a 330 intake but no tune - yet

    Got my letter in the mail as well. Gotta love the part where they will tow your car to the shop if you are "concerned with continuing to drive." Lawyers....

    They could have/should have changed every reference of taillights to headlights

    Got my letter yesterday as well...
    I already did the ground wire addition a couple of years ago since I was having the bulb fault and the rear lights were'nt very bright. I caught it before it fried the wires but I'm going to inspect it again...

    Aw man I hope I have mine in the mail today. I updated my address with them on the website weeks ago and about a month ago I called them and they knew it was me after I gave them my information. So my car is definitely registered with them.

    I got my letter yesterday. I just realized that when I was driving my car back from Dallas I was getting warning lights on my instrument cluster saying the passenger side rear bulb's weren't working. I haven't seen it since then, probably the faulty ground. I'll probably set up an appointment after the holidays.
