If you haven't been, I can promise you will enjoy yourself and find it well worth the drive.

I haven't gone in years past because I always thought that a 4+ hour drive isn't worth a show that's only a few hours long. Now that I'm acquainted and used to a 7-8 hour drive to Dane's house (thanks for the training, DW), 4 hours is nothing to me!

My only gripe is leaving the house so early, but I've done that before as well so no problem.


EDIT: I just checked, and remembered a 4+ hour drive when I checked it a long time ago. I was wrong; Google says 3 hours 44 minutes, so I should be able to get it down to 3 hours easy, assuming no traffic. Even better...

I work the day before so that means i get off at 6pm

It is a 16 hour drive so if I leave by 7pm that puts me there around 11am or 12pm if I drive non stop

...aannnd that after working a 12 hour day shift...hmmm i really wanna go but idk if its worth the 16 hour drive on no sleep to get there mid day

I will ask but idk if they will let me....they are already giving me Oct 6th off without making me take leave soo idk

i will request Saturday off..the show is sunday right? I work that thursday, friday and saturday'

I earn 2.5 days per month so yes 30 days. I have 5.5 to use soon or i loose them..it just depends on if they can schedule someone to cover my shift. Im hoping they can.

I just filled out leave paper work and I'm going to submit it and cross my fingers

Remember..a leave chit can only be disapproved by the Commanding Officer.

Gotcha well all we can do now is wait for an email since I'm working night shift and have no interaction with my supervisors.
