Oh, I knew it was a compliment. Much appreciated.

I have family members, though, who use that phrase derisively. Doesn't look real, they'll say. Looks fake. Don't like. Uh, ok.

Around these parts, though, I have not heard any complaints about some of the stuff that seems to have an unreal look to it. I am guessing everyone knows it's real and knows that I have not altered it from something that didn't look like this in the beginning. Most of my recent stuff has been amazing from a nature standpoint. Amazing that it even exists in the first place.

Then i'll say the mastery comes from taking something that already exists [true, amazing it does exist], and making the masses notice it more through the application of your art.

Absolutely beautiful! lol btw, I actually just went through your photostream on Flickr, and honestly, I could look at your landscape pictures for days. Show'd my parents and all they could say was, "Wow, Amazing & Beautiful!"
