It means that nk has not actually verified that it's a ZHP yet. He'll need to submit the VIN to BMW and confirm (or some place like that). Mine is unconfirmed as well.

What Marcus said. This brings up a good point, I should explain on that page that the actual package hasn't been verified by ZHPRegistry and not that the car is not a ZHP. This field is added as a placeholder for the future when we will actually get a chance to check option codes for each VIN. It probably makes sense to simply do not display that if the field is No.
