Replacing colored inside sill cover. Tips?

The inside sill covers - not the sill trim - are showing their age .
    Here it is ... Number 3.... http://realoem.com/bmw/showparts.do?...53&hg=51&fg=55
Has anyone done this who can offer tips? Fasteners?

It's very easy. I just replaced both rears about a month ago. The clips slide on/off literally.

Excellent. Thanks Dane. So the clips stay on the car ... Or are they included with the cover ?

The clips can be removed from the car and from the trim piece. You will not need new clips as long ad yours are in good shape. The new trim pieces will not come with any. The clips slide onto the trim pieces....long ways, and the trim piece clips in by sliding into place. I guess what I am trying to say is....if you pull straight up on the trim piece...you're messing up.
