Smile Time to "upgrade" my BMW with a trade-in

I got this email from where I bought my BMW, BMW of Monrovia. Normally, this wouldn't be a bad offer, turn in your car for a slightly newer model for the same payments. HOW-EV-A, I had to laugh as there is NO FREAKIN' WAY I'd do that with this car. It would totally be a downgrade. Just thought I'd share.

"BMW of Monrovia would like to "Reward" you for your past business by upgrading your 2006 BMW 3-Series. Our records indicate you are one of the select few customers who should be able to trade in your 2006 BMW 3-Series and upgrade into a newer 2008 BMW 3-Series with no money down and with a similar monthly payment! This program will only be available for a limited period of time so please contact ...."

Yea....I've had that same offer several times over the years. My 'similar payment' is NONE. Now if they can hook me up with zero car payment on a new one...well...i might just be game :-)

LOL. You know, I wouldn't even do it for that. My car is that "not-special".

I wouldn't mind taking an E90 335 with BMW Performance Goodies.

I stand corrected, thats the only E90 I'd take over a E46. My brother has a 335i with JB4 and meth. That thing flies.

I just received a similar notice from my dealer regarding trading my 01 325xi touring in for a CPO 09 328xi touring they have on the lot. I filed it in the round filing cabinet.
