Photographing motorsports is what I love. It is what my photography business is based around and I didn't notice too much of that type of photography going on in this subsection to this point so it thought we could spice up the subforum with some cars burning up some fossil fuels!

What can we do here? I know for many where to begin shooting moving cars is a difficult question. Settings. ISO. What lens? Etc. So in this thread we can share photos, give C&C and help all improve on the BEST type of photography

I'll start by just sharing some photos and get the ball rolling. For those interested and you want to shoot at Auto-X or your local HPDE post some questions. Post some of your current work. We'll all have a little fun!

Tried something new... thought maybe I was crazy since for the last 2 hours of the race I never saw another photog... really excited with the results.

More to come of course but wanted to edit this shot first.
