Thread: Name that tool

    Name that tool

ok, i happened across some website the other night when i was looking for my shark injector (love it!) and i recall seeing a tool that i don't have and that would have come in handy many many times especially when i did my crankcase vent system recently. unfortunately I was focused on the shark injector and didnt really give it a second thought at the time....until later..

it looks like a flat box wrech. you place your socket on one end and your socket wrench on the other, i assume there are gears inside that transfer your motion down to the other end so you can take off the bolt you just can't get off with a regular socket wrench due to lack of room. only thing i could think of better is if the ends were mounted on a swivel ;-)

anyhow. what the heck is the name of this tool and where do i find it?
