I found some nice winter tires but rims are 7x17 and tires are 245.45.17 would that be a problem to fit them in?

First of all.....a 245 shouldn't be on a 7" rim. That's the point to my statement.
Second....is I would need to know what the offset (ET) is of the rims to see if they would fit without rubbing.
