VANOS Rebuild Clinic Interest Thread - Williamsburg, VA 12/10/2011

I am performing VANOS overhaul on my car next weekend - Saturday, December 10th, 2011.

If anyone is interested in showing up.....lemme know.

I figured the timeline would be something like the below.

    1. Start teardown at 0900.

    2. Head out to Bellisimos for lunch....around noon or when people get hungry.

    3. Finish the build.

***Note: insert beer, laughs, and shenanigens in between 1,2,3 above as you see fit.

***This is a good opportunity for those of you never doing this before, to learn.

You will learn how to do plugs, remove intake, aux pusher fan, and also O2 sensor. I can point to and talk about most of this during the teardown...or anything else you guys are curious about.

RSVP NLT Friday, December 9th, Here.

No interest and I may wait for JW77 to come home from school to do this....as he likes doing this stuff. Just figured I would throw this out to the Family first.

So tempted. I have to check and see if I have any plans next weekend. I haven't done the VANOS on my car yet either.

I don't want to do belts.....until after coolant is in car. I can easily show you though.
