    I'm planning on S85 swap for my coupe



    I know it's a M3 but I can make it work in a ZHP

    lets be fair - he races the car often and the engine had a good amount of mileage

    There are a handful of those running around now.
    Good deal on a S85+DCT came up a few days ago on m3forum and m5board. The seller just put it up on ebay.
    Was considering it for another swap, but I found that I can get a whole donor car in CA for a little bit more.

    Good point, but the same is true of Derek's car. It's got plenty of miles on it now and it gets tracked.
    I'm sure if he kept the boost reasonable, it'd be reliable. What are you running on yours?

    15 if ESS asks - but I had a 1.5 smaller pulley - for 16psi

    That exactly is my most likely plan. Buy a whole chassis and part out everything I don't need to recoup costs. I don't wanna buy a motor/tranny then realize I need to order all sorts of parts that weren't included
