It's finally time to settle down,
my name is Nelson.

Every 10k
"I don't care if the door gaps are straight. When the driver steps on the gas I want him to sheet his pant's." Enzo Ferrari
Full synthetic every 6000-7000 kilometers. Oil is cheaper than engines.
"Keep your tires properly inflated and switch off the engine if the car is stopped for more than a few seconds."
Yeah... no.
"The change might as much as halve the amount of money drivers spend on oil changes, which cost $25 and up at quick-change facilities and potentially more at dealerships."
... that $25 won't get you the quality, fully synthetic oil that the manuals they keep referring to recommend. Thus more frequent oil changes.
What a crappy article. The author sounds clueless.
Stretching to 8K this time as per Blackstone.

15K in km..
Typically 5k, but this time stretched it to 10k due to me being a cheap bastard (and Christmastime presents to buy... )
Since there's no auto-x or track during this change period, 10k is no big deal considering 90% of my driving is highway.
With auto-x and track, 5k is my interval max.
I change it every 5k, running Pennzoil Euro Ultra, I really like this oil...
I change it when I can no longer see through the oil, which is basically 5k.
I change trans and diff every 30k, Redline in both...
