BMW "Rough Road Package" Strut Tower Reinforcement Plates doityourself

Does anybody have a link to a DIY or the BMW instructions? I basically know what I need to do, but I just like having it in front of me

(Dane, I think you installed these... do you have a PDF?)

These have been on my list for a while. I have a note to order 2 per car but the DIY linked above implies they come as a pair.

    To those who have purchased:

Do they come as a pair or do we order 2 of them?

    Part # is 51717036781

I noticed the bolts are short on the stock struts. Does this have enough thread for a strut bar?

is this necessary? i dont track my car but i have seen the front strut metal and how easily it gets warped from normal driving.

Does this add any height that needs to be compensated for when lowering with coilovers? as in if i install and lower the car and get aligned... then install these plates, will I need to adjust and lower the coilovers more and get re aligned.
