Against almost everything I have seen in here hehe

I do like to have my cup holder...although I do very much so like the look of the Euro tray...I don't eat in my car but I always have to have a drink with me.

Bav Auto said that the OEM Aux will not work with my car????? Why not???

Has anyone ever fitted cupholders INSIDE the euro tray?

    Best of both worlds FTW?

Not that I know. I've heard of people getting the short euro tray, cut the back cupholder off and put the tray in the back but that is a lot of work

    You could just get this...

Great link! But could you re-phrase what you said above? I'm not quite sure I got what you were trying to say..

Take the cupholder, cut off the back one so it's just 1 cupholder.

There is a long euro tray that takes the whole center and a short one that just replaces the cupholder with room for the coin tray that should be behind the cupholders. If you take out the coin tray it is possible, with some work, to fit the short euro tray in there with just the first cupholder spot in front

the euro tray is the embodiment of the anti-cupholder ideology. if you put in the euro tray, and retrofit some goofy cupholder...well that just don't make no sense.

I actually like the idea of a single cupholder with storage tray. EAS tried to make one a few years ago, but they ended up not being able to get it right so killed the product. Meh

FWIW you can run the AUX cable to the coin tray. I installed mine there.

hmmm ok i am reviving this thread. Has anyone every done an aux and USB into the non-euro center console? I want to keep my cup holders. I was thinking to have the aux and usb at the back of the little tray behind the cupholders. Yeah you would have to lift the arm rest to access it, but if the cord comes out, the phone/ipod can chill on the cup holders or on my/the passenger's lap. Any critique on this? Has anyone done this, or have a better option?
