    Family,

I was looking at getting the below....and ditching my archaic methods. Wanted your thoughts/methods/advice before I pull the trigger.

    Thanks

Those valves are very nice. I like the Schrader valve so you can use shop air and completely ignore pumping it. I have the Motive brake bleeder and am pleased with it. Looks like a nice product.

    Dane,
If you change the diff, you'll have 75/90 residue. Then go to the tranny and it's a lot thinner oil. You might be able to wipe out the inside of the tank but there's no way to clean that residue out of the hose. What I used this weekend was a big syringe type oil filler, about the same size as a grease gun. Push in the plunger, stick the hose in your oil container, and then suck new oil into the syringe. Then 2 different output hoses so I didn't mix the oils when I filled the diff and tranny. The syringe gun I had and an extra piece of clear hose was laying around too. I would suspect this set-up is a lot cheaper than that pressurized tank.

not yet, but I was actually looking into this yesterday. We need to change the diff fluid and top off the tranny fluid on the 2002. I'll probably get a set for the ZHP also. It seems like a logical method to make sure you get it in there but don't spill everywhere.

Looks nice, but at 30k fluid change intervals, and only pumping a little over a quart, I'd rather use a cheapo hand pump.

Yeah, Motive crimps the hoses to their tanks, and while you can swap out pumps, one for filling and one for bleeding, as mentioned you will not be able to swap out the hoses.

I can if I cut the hoses off then use a hose clamp? Might not seal up properly though. I'm almost positive I can make it seal though.
