    Question Integrated chat ?

    Sorry if already suggested/discussed.

Some sites that I visit have an integrated chatbox
...pretty fun on 2 car forums I visit (Tbird and elantra forums)...
Could this be a possibility on this forum, too?
    Just wondering...

That's actually pretty cool (way to get even less work done when at... work).

So I have been looking into this. Wash, your Elantra forum does not use Vbulletin software. It's using IPS. There are better chat add-ons for that board. There are a dearth of options for Vbulletin. And while I can find some, I don't like the security of them. Some are very weak.

At this point, I do not see a chat feature being implemented on the site. I will keep looking but it's not in the cards right now.

    Forum Suggestion

I'm not sure if it's an option with what ever forum service you subscribe to but you should look into adding a chat box. It's just a place were everyone can chat and shoot the shit without making posts and what not. One of the forums I post on has one.

EDIT I thought I posted this in the suggestions thread but apparently I didn't... feel free to move :P
