I know most of the shift knob stuff is for manuals, but are there any mods for the Auto shift levers/knobs? Just curious...

Well I finally ordered the stock ZHP knob. I'm still pissed I didn't catch that when I bought the car. Didn't know as much as I do now.

How do you remove the old one and install the new one?

Typically you just pull the one off -- and push the other one on.

I'd recommend putting the car in 2nd, 4th, or 6th -- so that it is closest to you. You don't twist the knob off. You just pull it straight off. It can be a chore. Be careful not to punch yourself in the face.

Haha okay I'll be sure to remember that when pulling it off. Maybe I should take a DIY video just in case so I can laugh at it later.
