    Oh man hail is so scary to think of. Hail and the sun are the reasons I want to park in a garage.

    This was on june 15th I was on my way back from school in boca raton (fau), and I'm glad to hear it didn't make it to jupiter. And definately we should meet up one of these days

    Thanks everyone it was hard actually having to sit through it and hear the Ice hit the car so hard, I can't speak for everyone who got hit by that storm but at least I can say my E46 didn't get a scratch.

    Also I agree with trying to keep the car out of sun, birds, rain, hail, these are things garages help peoples car hide from, I wish my house had a garage for my car :

    Wow I would of freaked out. Good thing it wasn't golf ball sized hail. Got stuck in one of those years ago in Ohio. My buddy's car got wasted.

    Glad to see there was no damage! The sound is intense I got stuck on a golf course in a hail storm like that, not fun.

    Went to HS in Florida. One day we had a storm with hail the size of golf-balls.

    Any car caught in that storm looked like a golf-ball afterwards.

    Glad you got out unscathed.
