    My OEM battery died yesterday. Just went to wally world and bought an everstart MAXX H7 battery. The 94R is no longer made, its replaced by the H7. Perfect fit, even had the port for the vent tube and the stock red plastic + terminal cover clipped right on.

    I stayed with OEM and paid around ~$150 after BMW CCA member discount.

    You can never go wrong with OEM, not that im saying its better than others.

    I'll have to check what AAA put in my car. Cost me 151 in change, had it install in Feb 2011, but it's been great, and the AAA tech did a pretty thorough test of the old and new battery. I think I even posted up the long receipt the test device spit out when the tests were over.

    They all will most likely last 4-7 tears.

    Oh, I bet many many more tears As far as I know, my battery was still the stock battery, so 10 years aint bad.
