Opinion on Tranny and Diff fluids.

Well I planned on doing my fluids on Wednesday but so far none of the local stores around me carry Redline and the jury is still out on the RP Syncromax.

If these two are out of the question what are some other suggestions for each?

Is the mobile 1 75w-90 any good? Or maybe lucas oil?

    Or just OEM?

Please let me know or just point me to a thread if I missed it.

    Thanks.

Well I wanted to do it on Wednesday so worst case I will order it and do it later but the goal was to do it before I have to drive to Jersey....Which is Friday.

So I figure I would ask around.

Devlin, if you're still planning on coming down to my place and doing them on Wednesday, let me know. I can look at the local stores here as we have a couple of decent shops down here in town... Let me know.

I used the oem fluids on the m3. But for my money this time, I am going to try redline. They have a store locator on their website.

no, half and half so it's a 72.5w85... basically I don't like the weight of either and I want something in the middle but you could honestly use either in your car and it will run fine
