Since I was not present at last years event - I am going to offer my tickets to others (maybe a nice 5 way split of ten tickets each) to other members who were present last year.
I don't think it would be fair if I won a banner for an event/memory I was around for.

One last note here. I will not be taking donations at the meet. By then, all is paid for. If you have not donated by Thursday night @ 2400 (May 16th, 2013) you will not be eligible.
I plan to hand each person that donated, and envelope containing their raffle tickets. I do not want to be sorting this out, the day of the meet.
