I like UUC black trans mounts. For OE go lemforder. M3 version is double cost and feels the same but likely will last a little longer. I typically like Corteco or Febi (Bilstein) for rubber mounts and Lenforder when a bearing/ball joint is involved.

Dexron III ATF for steering fluid. This is what I prefer:

My son have some Dexron VI still new. What's the difference between the III and the VI?

Honestly not sure. I was told 4 years ago by Rob43, who at the time I trusted whole heartedly, that dexron 3 is a must. It’s easy enough for me to hold to that.

Dexron is backwards-compatible, but if you can still find III & want III get it!

Got my car on a policy with Hagerty! So if Karen in her minivan rear-ends me because she was texting, I'm no longer screwed with the total loss, given the mileage I have.

Nice. I couldn't get them to insure my car for some reason. They didn't give me a reason, just said they can't.

I'd call them again - given the amount of mods your car has and how little you drive it, it's the perfect car for Hagerty

I looked into Hagerty for an E30 I purchased last year that I wanted to treat as a daily driver while still being able to get what I paid for it in the event it's totaled (spoiler: lots more than book value). They wouldn't do what I wanted. I found a local insurance agent with Farmer's and she got me a policy with Safeco with an Agreed Value for the purchase price. The "Agreed Value" bit is key.

I don't believe you can get an agreed value policy from Hagerty (or maybe any of the collector insurers) for a daily-driven, non-garaged car with a driver under 21 years of age. I had Hagerty for years with my old stuff (no claims experience, thankfully!) but looked at Grundy & American Collectors Insurance. USAA works with American Collectors so that's where I went.
