Oh I forgot, you had the Big Yellow Things (tm). The pads for those calipers are really thin for some reason. The pads for my Wilwoods are thick as hell when new, 20mm.

I think you need an upgrade to track pads that stand up to heat better.

Cost. Had to be about cost, or warranty, or something completely unrelated to performance. No engine designer in his right mind would deliberately design such a restrictive manifold unless there was some other (probably corporate) influence.

My guess is that it is emissions (cat con) related but who knows...

A failed oil level sensor shows the yellow icon for a little bit after startup for about 10 seconds. Low oil shows the yellow oil light when you turn the car off. I’ve experienced both over 4 years.

Well I've walked by this spare engine cover hanging on a hook in my garage for the last time. I'm going to re-purpose it. It's now going to be fully functional on the garage wall - as a clock!

I'm still fiddling with the clock diameter to fit perfectly in the cap hole, and the clock will be changed to silver instead of gold to match the engine cover

What do you think? Is this a garage, den or man cave worthy product? $50 just in parts. So maybe sell them for $75 plus shipping?

I love it. I turned an old crash cymbal into a clock after I cracked it one day. It looks great hanging in my music room/home office.

I’m not sure what the demand would be for a beauty cover clock...but then again I see shit on Etsy all the time and think “are people really buying this?” only to find tons of positive buyer reviews.

Maybe you should, have you ever watched House Hunters? Husband is an elementary school janitor, wife sells vegan dreamcatchers on Etsy and somehow they have a multimillion dollar budget.
