    Just watched the video. Now that I know where the output seal is, I am doubting that is what’s leaking. See attached photo: wouldn’t a flange seal leak at the red-colored area? Instead it’s leaking where the blue arrows are pointing.

    I actually read that on a m3 forum post. Leak was in the same place, and someone said it might be that.

    Armrest delete with new trays and new corner lamps. Shifter rebuild next.

    Those corner lights look awesome. I've got an 05 with the bixenon rotating lights, So I don't think those are an option for me.

    There are pros and cons of coupe life—the one-piece headlights are one of the cons.

    No kidding. I started taking the headlight off to explore a lens replacement and quickly saw that is going to be a well researched, lengthy and carefully executed project.
