Finally installed the rack and put my summer wheels up!

I washed and cleaned up my M3 today after taking it out for a nice drive....damn does it feel good to be behind the wheel in my E46 ///M. Just sayin’






Even took the time to give my engine bay a wipe down




Pays to give the old girl a good detailing before hibernating her. She’s now ready to be driven for the upcoming 2020 car season

Rebuilt the DISA with the GAS kit.

Cleaned the piston that made out with my valve. I don't think I'm going to reuse this one.

Rebuilt the DISA with the GAS kit.

I didn't have the greatest luck with my rebuild and I found the installation instructions a bit tricky

Overall process wasn't bad. Getting the top pin removed proved to be the most difficult. I used a pick and thin blade screwdriver to get the majority of the old ring removed. Then used a Dremel tool with a small wire brush attachment to finish things off. Overall the process took less than an hour. There's good video on Youtube that details the entire process.
