Ditto here. The only reason I didn't replace these is that they looked almost new. Which... I found weird. But overall, the same process for me. I've just been much muuuch slower at doing so. But, I did manage to replace all of the pully Torx bolts with Hex bolts. That made my life so much easier. I've slowly been working my way up from there.

Had the day off, and ended up doing the VANOS via the m54 kit from Dr. Vanos.
With almost 150k on ZHP's clock with the vanos never being done (-_-), I opted for the full unit replacement, rather than the rebuild.
4 hours later, and holy smokes. It feels like I have my car back! Not difficult labor, just tedious and a bit messy swapping out the unit.
Feels much much smoother in the torque-band - especially in the lower 1-3k rpm range like nearly everyone reports. I can only assume that it will get better as the unit gets broken in.
Doing a full Bilstein suspension refresh next weekend with Dad... Super stoked on being able to experience the ZHP's performance, almost as if it were driven off the lot.
Cheers,
AE
Just wrapped up new front control arm bushings (the lollipop bushings). Used Powerflex Poly bushings instead of OEM because I autox and track the car. The ones on the car we're only installed in 2017, but had already started to tear.
Old ones came off really easy and new ones went on even easier. Car feels Soooo good. No more clunk when I brake hard or hit a sharp bump. And no discernable added harshness or vibration. Well worth the $11 over stock bushings so far.
