Gave her a quickie wash and ran a 3" hose from the bottom of the OEM air box to tap into my drivers side brake duct. Slightly throatier at lower rpm 1st through 3rd. Above that, don't notice it much.

I set an appt for the e90 for the "Recall Campaign No. 08V-384 : Front passenger seat occupant detection mat." The closest appt available is on May 12th ! They must be super busy. Looks like they don't accept appts on Monday, Friday, or Saturday.

Truth be told, it was a flexible 3" hose from a spare shop vac I had laying around lol
BUT it worked perfectly. The actual run up to the box isn't more than a foot or so.
