After doing my steering wheel this past weekend I decided to finally install my CobyWheel Alcantara arm rest and man is it tedious, a few hot glue gun burns later lmao... it’s complete, I have poor fitment on my lock/unlock latch to open and close the arm rest but I blame my self more for that than Coby, I’m sure I just rushed to see it complete cause I’m a 5 year old when it comes to smooth things lol

Updated my EGS thanks to BaliDawg. He checked my Software version, and apparently I already had the updated DME. So he did the EGS and now I just need to drive around a bit to see if I feel the difference in transmission performance

4 hours later, and holy smokes. It feels like I have my car back! Not difficult labor, just tedious and a bit messy swapping out the unit.

Feels much much smoother in the torque-band - especially in the lower 1-3k rpm range like nearly everyone reports. I can only assume that it will get better as the unit gets broken in.

Doing a full Bilstein suspension refresh next weekend with Dad... Super stoked on being able to experience the ZHP's performance, almost as if it were driven off the lot.

@yankeefan @johnrando how much of a difference does sprint booster really make? How easy is the install? Any downsides?

Everything you need to know is here: http://www.zhpmafia.com/forums/showt...-SprintBooster!

I have had Sprint Boosters or PedalBoxes on 4 different BMWs and the enjoyment of each was greatly enhanced without any downsides. And install was easy, about 10 minutes each time.

Vanos update is on my list next! Glad it made a big difference for ya ^_^. Mine hasn't started it's issues yet but I'd rather take care of it long before it does.
