    No. It's just a PITA and not worth my time to pitch a bitch at the shop. Some hills I just don't care to climb. I'm an idiot with three BMWs, drives quite a bit, and don't have the time for some of my own R&R. The indy I had used previously closed up shop to take a better, safer, more predictable job, so I have been looking. I am crossing this indy off the list.

    Yes, laughing with rust in my eyes. Definitely a bitch to get out. I used the air chissel to blast the nut off the brace.

    What is this “go do smog” of which you speak? Here in Alabama we believe in feeding our trees. CO2 is not the devil.

    I replaced the big vacuum cap in the rear, and installed the CCV kit. It turned into a 2 day project. I ran out of light and skill. Hopefully nothing goes wrong, because I don't think I'll be able to fix it. Overall, power seems a bit more beefy. Could be placebo.
