    ZHP cluster in the wagon. Coding everything sucked, but I got it done. I adjusted the mileage to match, but went 55 miles over. Oops

    Dead due to damaged valve. We will save her soul for future use, but the body will go to car heaven...or another owner...who may or may not turn her into a race car...

    Looking great!

    I finally peeled off the near-opaque film from my turn signals & put on a set of Lamin-x (headlights, turn signals, & fogs); clean, clear lights make such a difference in how good these cars look!



    Now she just needs a bath

    How tough was it to code? I have a zhp cluster that i want to swap into my wagon but don't want to mess things up lol.

    It wasn't too difficult.

    TLDR:
    Code the LCM VIN and mileage to match the cluster.
    If the cluster mileage is lower than the chassis, change the distance, imp/km = 1, and drive a little bit. 1 mile = 8000miles.
    Adjust the steering angle sensor.

    To get rid of the tamper dot, I simply used PAsoft to change the LCM VIN and mileage to match cluster.

    My cluster mileage was lower than the chassis, so I changed the scaling values (distance, imp/km = 1) in the picture and that ramped up the odometer till it matched the chassis. It moves very fast, so be prepared to change it back when you get close.

    The thing that tripped me up was the DSC lights. Apparently, the module didn't like the new cluster. All you need to do here is adjust the LWS(Steering angle sensor) and those lights should go away. You'll need INPA or ISTA to do that. I used ISTA because my INPA didn't have that option for some reason.
