I'm getting much closer to completing the "daily driver acceptability" program with the Orient. I've got just a couple of other small things left to do...

But for tonight, it now dons euro clears all around as well as aspherical mirrors on both sides.

Damn I love the nighttime shots this phone takes...

Flow designs has started to ship internationally. They have a full front side and rear package but I don't feel like their side and rear is worth it. I'm thinking about getting an M4 style rear boot lip spoiler as well and potentially a fancy wide style rear diffuser. Hopefully I'll be able to start tracking the car next year.

Love those I would love to add those to my E46 and my E53. Is there a decent source?

I've had great success with cheap eBay ones. And I'm talking like $15/pair cheap. Heated, tinted, aspherical, the whole lot. Shits wild.

I bought mine from Schmiedmann and added it to the cart with a bunch of other stuff to make the extra taxes and shipping worthwhile. They're branded "John's Autotelle", which appears to be a German company, and appear to be pretty good quality. I have a set on the E39 and now the E46 touring.

My ZHP currently has a set from DubStopImports, but they went out of business unfortunately.

This is the exact item I bought for the Orient Steed, Qty 2 (same left to right):

Just beware of some eBay ones. I've gone through a couple of pairs from eBay previously; one was completely unusable as it was impossible to mount them due to the location of the heating element pins. The other set was unusable because everything in the mirror glass was wavy as hell and quite frankly gave me a headache. Also, on the wavy set, the aspherical section extended well beyond the line, which made the usable area less... usable. It would be helpful if you could post the exact ones you purchased so people know that set is good.

Are these mirrors some sort of upgrade to our stock mirrors? I’ve been thinking about replacing mine because they have those ugly yellow stains from the heat I’m assuming

An upgrade, yes, with regards to function. They're aspherical; there's a section on the edges that extends your view well into your blindspot. These completely eliminate the blindspot and the need to check over your shoulder or adjust your mirrors all the way out.

Spent $45 to have a small part of the headliner repaired. Part of the B pillar was starting to come unraveled. Good interior shop fixed it in 30 minutes. Easy

DIY wrapped my original steering wheel.
PO took it off and started to remove the alcantara, so I used electrical tape to deal with that, which worked out great, and also made a better surface for the double sided tape to stick to.

    Thanks PO ^

Looks great. I’d really like an alcantara lower trim like that.
