Test fitted the euro sunshade yesterday, running the wires to the front of the cabin today & steadily waiting on the suede material to recover the rear deck and all associated pieces.

You can see the M56 Valve cover peaking through in the lower left lol, so many unfinished projects for this car

I gotta get around to re-spraying my parcel shelf as well, mine is also purple. What's funny is that since I have power rear sunshade from factory, it's actually helped quite a bit with fade, you can see the difference in front and behind the shade:

My dad's Opel Omega has a rear sunshade. Really wish more cars came with them.

Pretty rare car on this side of the pond but my parents had the North American equivalent, Cadillac Catera. They actually won it in a raffle, but traded it in a few years later for a Camry because from what I've heard it wasn't the most reliable thing:

I wish I could find a manual rear sunshade for the coupe. I have one in the E39. Not interested in running power & getting the switch piece.

Whipped up a cheap headrest mount for my action camera for the track. A PVC pipe and a couple u-bolts, much cheaper than any of the commercial options:
