Put in the nav bracket over the stock radio bracket so my HVAC doesn't wobble around. It wasn't the right part (again) from ecs but I'm not gonna bother getting another one since all it's missing is the led for the ash tray which I never open anyway. I do like the way it looks like it's meant to be there instead of crammed in.

Took about 30min since I already took it apart once but overall yeah, only tools I needed where a Phillips, T10 and some pliers for the cigareete lighter.

Considering how much time you spend on the throttle at VIR compared to some other tracks I’d say the M54 is pretty frugal on fuel under stress. I wish I’d remembered to clear the cluster’s average speed. Oh well.
Interesting. I get about 8-9mpg on my car at the track.

It wouldn’t surprise me if you’re faster; despite being fully bitten by the track bug (and knowing I’m pretty quick for my experience level), I’m still fairly new to it.

How long did the two on the left take you? We’re they as difficult as the RTAB? I just replaced my RTAB’s with a set of SDW RTAB’s. Thinking of doing Everything in / connected to the subframe soon.... Helps to know which parts are going to require more time.

I had an impact and a proper tool set so it took about 10 minutes for each one (the tool was definitely worth the money). The bottom one comes out and goes in easier that than the top, at least for me.

If I had to rate them compared to the RTAB, I'd say slightly less difficult. If you are doing it manually with a ratchet, the space you are working can be a little tight.
