Those service advisors pay is almost all on comission so that unethical guy had his little tactic for getting people to change their oil.
When Kpro lived out in Ohio, she took her car for an oil change and the service advisor came out with this crusty cabin filter and said it was hers and needed to be changed. She had just changed it the week before. When she told him that, he stammered and claimed he must of picked up the wrong one... bastard. Kpro is always honest with the customers and she still makes a lot of money as an advisor.
