    The Burger Tuning catch can I put in Kristen's 135 needs to be checked/emptied every couple of months... That's not too bad

    the theory is that you're losing oil due to poorly-sealing piston rings. introducing more vacuum to the crankcase allows the rings to seal better, thus less oil consumption... which means less in the catch can.

    i was using 1L per 3000KMs before i implemented the catch can/PCV setup, now i use almost zero.

    Beat me to it, Guy has those pads and likes them. Between reading his review on them here and them being on sale on TireRack, I went for it.

    I'll let you know how the Hawk pads are with the BMW Performance rotors, Daniel, when I bed them properly and get some miles on them.

    I drive 30-32k miles a year. How much does the 135i get driven? 2 months would not be a fair estimate in my case. I'm worried about having to do it every week, because I WILL forget and I am most definitely very lazy. The less I have to do the better.
