Had a bad misfire, so I took off the valve cover... cover... and checked the connections for the coil packs. ISTA was telling me it was cylinder 2. Sure enough, the connector was slightly loose, so I swapped the coil pack with cylinder 1 (just to be sure) and re-checked all of the connections for the ignition coils. Seems OK now, but time will tell. It did it intermittently for the past 2 weeks up till today.

Also changed some of the warmup LEDs to red and wrote some arduino code to set an appropriate redline for the M54... but I didn't install the module in the car yet

Very cool, I do love the look of the M3 cluster. Is the oil temperature gauge still programmed for our instantaneous mpg gauge or have you somehow wired it for true oil temp?

I'm pretty sure the oil temp gauge just works, plug & play.

Oil temp gauge works without doing anything on 325s and 330s (323s and 328s are SOL). The only things that don't work are the warmup lights since our DMEs don't broadcast the message to trigger those.

Raised the 323ci up 1/4" all around. Impending tire replacement and alignment next week

very cool on the oil temp gauge... i would be tempted to do this swap just for that!

May be a stupid question: What about the mileage reading?? Does it show the mileage it had on the M3 or does it get the mileage from the ZHP's DME??

I reset the mileage on the cluster to 0 and coded my ZHP's VIN onto it. Then after I plugged it in, it pulled the correct mileage from the LCM
