At long last I replaced the antenna on my convertible...with a stubby. It took longer than expected. Just needed a 6", 1/4" ratchet extension, an 8mm head, an extending magnetic device (to find the nut that fell off the bottom of the antenna base when I loosened it) and some patience. Nice improvement though!

Hosed down the MAF with some MAF spray.

Removed, sprayed and reinstalled the mesh from the front bumper. Black again. (Found the diy on pulling it out in the detailing section. Very easy, good results.)

Very nice. So you followed the DIY exactly, down to what products to use? I think I might have it book marked. It's definitely on my list of things to do. My lower grill is completely faded.

Did you remove and reinstall the bumper by yourself?

So I just came out to my car and saw that my blinkers were blinking but very dim wtf. Car didn't unlock with the remote at all. Opened the trunk with the key, tested the voltage on the battery since I had my multimeter with me. It's at like 6.9v. Um why? Got jumper cables and hooked it up and still can't unlock. Car is super dead lol So since I have a keyhole delete, I climb through the trunk to get to the front seat. As soon as I had enough, started the car and unlocked the doors. The alarm went off as well for a couple seconds. It's too cold right now to be doing this shit lol

But since this is like a 4th time I've been in the back seat of my car with the seats down, I did notice that I have a shitload more space now since the sunroof delete with the headliner. I was able to move around quite easily. Way easier than what I remember.

Bumper removal is actually really easy. You just need a long extension and a large torx or hex bit to get the two bolts that run through the bumper shocks. I didn't have a large enough torx bit so I used a hex bit and tapped it out of the bolts after I removed them.
