Just a friend’s car! But I got to enjoy it in the no rain with top down! It’s fun to hear everything, feel everything, smell everything and be able to run away like a scared chicken while leaving two patches of rubber.

I loved the original E36/8 M Coupe (still do), but I would do questionable things for an E86 M Coupe.

Yeah ET35 on a 9.5” is really aggressive for a non-M. I tried doing that with my VMRs in the rear. They were 9.5” ET45 and putting a 10mm spacer on it made the car completely undriveable even with rolled fenders. It’s probably because I was on 265s. You might get away with 245s.

But dammit it looked so badass stuck in the driveway.

sweet! those are going to be interesting to fit in the rear. do you plan on running tires? curious to hear what tire sizes you're going to run, since they are staggered....

heh, my thoughts exactly. us sedan/Touring guys don't have a lot of room back there.

really? the E36/8 is so much prettier, to me... i almost bought a non-M coupe one time, but it was a '99 (2.8), and the interior was a bit ratty. had it been a 3.0 car i probably would've bought it.

Yeah stock OEM staggered Indy Firehawks. These 255 rears are narrower than the Super Sports i had before...at least they seem so.

I took a gamble...i am kinda having second thoughts and may switch the order tomorrow to the easy fitment 18x9 ET42 (the order hasn't shipped yet)...but DAT CONCAVE DOE.

If it rubs i can always get the fenders rolled...
