Spent the weekend working on my dad’s E60 for an early Father’s Day gift. Full paint correction (as well as I can do, at least), and ceramic coating.

    Shiny Booty

    Poor ZHP feeling neglected.

Not bad for black paint that’s been on the road for almost 12 years.

Thanks. I would have liked the factory black cube that came in the car, but after months of looking and not finding a good deal, I went the carbon fiber look. Anything is better than that wood grain, in my eyes.

Installed the Grom Bluetooth unit (I pulled out of my 330xi before I sold it) in my ZHP.
Was much more of a pair than it should have been due to a Parrot install by a previous owner.
But, got it working and all buttoned up before a 3 hour drive this afternoon.

    Gtechniq CSL + Exo.

    https://www.autogeek.net/gtechniq-exo-csl-kit.html

You don’t need the kit that size (I think they make one with smaller portions), but this kit was enough for the ZHP and **barely** the 530i. Admittedly I probably used too much on the ZHP, and had to go pretty thin (read: probably the correct amount) on the 5er.

Edit: Autogeek runs sales all the time. You can probably get 15-25% off if you’re patient.
