3.46 3-clutch unit from TMS, though I think diffsonline built it...
The boots on both sides got ripped while the axles were being reattached... so it got taped up until new boots can be purchased. Those things aren't cheap... they only seem to come as a OE BMW part, no aftermarket alternative.
P/N: 33217510624, about $50-60 per side...
The sad part is, my car is still slow as hell. I think my motor seriously needs a rebuild; Charlie's old ZHP friggin' RIPS compared to mine. I bet that car with the 3.07 diff in it would win against mine with the 3.46 in it in a drag race.

Mostly installed a factory alarm from the spare car onto mine. Couldn't mount the siren though; there is a clip that the siren bolt bolts into and it's not there on mine, so I have to order one, then code everything.
BTW, today is August 26... this is my 8th year anniversary of owning my car. Since purchase, I have put approximately 232k miles on it.
