Finished up one side of my zkw refurb using The Retrofit Source’s crappy designs.
Total job time is probably 5 hours. 3-4 of that is just modifying the housing to get it to mount correctly. I can swap and disassemble an entire light housing in 14 minutes (I had my friend time me last night haha). So the bulk of the time is just dremeling, checking, dremel some more.
I’m swapping an entire ZKW assembly onto a car with halogens from the factory.

^ Sure looks like it to me. Mine is doing something similar, though not enough to trigger a code. It is clogged as hell though; a Prius could out-accelerate me at this point.

I have the P0420 code stored. I'll clear it and see if it comes back. I'm suspecting it will. Let's just say I took advantage of eBay's little 10% sale yesterday
