Thanks. The wrap adheres better to the fake wood trim of a 325. Also just got some black mats with red piping on the edges. It's a good look. Is there a good thread for advice on improving the sound of the doors when they close to less of a "k-chunk" and more of a "fwoomp?".

^ Aquarium water hose inside the hollow windows/door seals to firm them up. Also dynomat sound deadening the panels from inside the door will remove any tininess.

Put in a new fuel pump today. Cleaned years of junk out from under the rear seat

I got my doors fully deadened. I could take a video if you want to see what it's like. There is a pretty big difference.

I'd be interested. Which products did you use to add mass/adhere to the doors?

Knukonceptz Kolossus deadener. There was a sale on the B-stock product so I picked up 2 flat rate boxes of the stuff. There was a DIYMA (DIY Mobile Audio) thread comparing all the deadeners and this one ranked third and was also the best bang for the buck at the time.

I used one sheet for the rears and 1.5 ish for the fronts. Doors feel heavier, obviously, and close very nicely. Even compare to the wife's E90, it feels like a much more solid car as soon as the door is opened.

Water hose idea is creative. Brilliant.
