Since I had to take the bumper off I also opened up the air dam for full air flow now that it's starting to get really hot.

    Those look pretty good honestly.

Wrenching complete! Didn't do the tie rods because they actually had no play in them. But that steering coupler.... Mannnn does that make the car so much nicer. Also, 255/40/17s don't rub on factory suspension.

That's some tasty meat. 255 17" RS4s must feel amazing. How does she handle now?

What are you thoughts on the Liqui Moly MoS2 and other additives that you've used?

From my Blackstone reports, my wear seems to coming close to half of what usual wear is. Especially for rod bearings in the S54. And my oil change intervals are double to triple that of what OCD guys change at. I don’t burn a drop of oil in 13.5k miles so I can tell everything is well sealed and tight! I await patiently for results of this oil for analysis.

Honestly they're pretty great. The biggest thing is going this wide up front introduces a strange phenomenon of no understeer lol. The back definitely is more playful with this setup. Which is ultimately what I want. It's only going to make it harder for me to wait on a diff...

Interesting. Night have to try some but I wonder if it's too late for me given I'm already at 151k. I guess I should do a Blackstone analysis and find out

M54 is such a hardy engine. Mine never got princess treatment and it held its character from the day I purchased it at 25K miles to the day it was retired at 180K miles. It’s only when I changed cars is when I thought I better monitor it better. lol

@Rovert, do you use LM MoS2 exclusively or have you also tried their Ceratec as well?

It seems that on the old M3F (and probably the new NAM3F) it was sacrilegious to use anything other than TWS 10w-60 (which is seriously good oil, imo).
