Those are US, Euro turn signals for E12/E28 were below the bumper. DOT requires that front turn signal is visible to a car driving next to you

Is that why my E30's turn signals were only visible from the front? lol
This is even back when it had diving boards. The amber lights on the side only lit up but never blinked when signaling. Only the front ones blinked.

I'm pretty sure my buddies blink in his eta, maybe your wiring was loose. I know mine in the old cars sometimes don't blink if a wire is loose

I've never owned an E30 so I don't know

If it's anything like the 7, there's a switch you can flip in the trunk area to reduce battery drain during extended storage

What size and offset did you get? And btw, those wheels look AWESOME... (see sig).

18x8.5 ET 35 for the front and 18x9.5 ET 33 for the rear.
I decided on these over VMRs and Alufelgen after seeing some cars with them on various forums - yours was one of them. Because I haven't seen many of these on E46s, even their homepage only shows E90s with them.

Also got a replacement roundel for the hood and a steering wheel emblem.

Finally got to another piece of the lean air/fuel mixture that I once thought was mice in the DISA(see link below) -

Replaced Fuel Pump, Fuel filter, Relay and Plugs; fuel filter was clogged (96k) and was causing the pump to degrade - high fuel pulse, bad mpg, not smooth over RPM band etc...few more PM items and then on to the fun!

When I was replacing my OFHG and all associated hoses and tubes to and from the oil pan, I found that the insulation on the tubes were mice meat. Pretty much the insulation was eaten off. Me thinks, the PO had the ZHP parked somewhere outside and never bothered to do engine clean-up maintenance.
