    I have a hard time believing the sag being caused by driving with the windows down. What is the science behind it? I'd think baking in the hot sun to be a lot bigger contributor, if not the only contributor, to this issue. Could you please explain?

    WOW, that exact same thing happened to my imola sedan - the same part was broken when i bought the car. i got a clean replacement linkage (thanks dario ) and all is well again.

    Agree with devlin. It's the humidity that kills the glue and the wind will peel the fabric back...

    As for my windows, yeah replaced both rear regulators last night.

    Reinitialize the windows so they function correctly and open/close perfectly after swapping the regulators.

    Google, or read the owners manual...

    Maybe so... But considering it's nothing more than playing with the window switch, it doesn't bother me.
