    I think it's about right. Very low miles and it's at a dealer too.
    2005 BMW 330i ZHP 6MT. Built 11-19-04. Bought 4-2012.
    Stock: Nav, leather, PDC, Xenon
    Added by me: OEM Alarm, OEM heated seats, OEM aux kit, OEM Bluetooth, intravee, M3 strut brace, BMW Performance Intake, Nappa leather arm rest, updated LCM (triple blink, euro hazards, trifecta lighting, 3 stage brakes), temp gauge

    I think it'd be worth it for $16k.

    I bought mine 2 years ago for ~14K and it had almost double the mileage (100k). 16k for a 60k car isn't bad at all IMO

    I agree. Plus, yours has cold weather and aux connections I think. This one doesn't seem to have any.

    also factor in when a dealership actually knows that a ZHP is a little more "not so special" than just a run of the mill 330i

    True, but does this dealer's ad mention zhp or performance package anywhere? If no, excellent potential to bargain it down.
